How it works: online accounting step by step

Initial consultation
We’ll get to know your business, requirements, and expectations. We’ll advise you on how to set up your accounting – both online and offline – and agree on the ideal way to work together, whether remotely or in person.

Contract signing and access handover
We’ll sign the contract, set up access, and agree on how documents will be shared – either electronically (email, cloud, accounting system) or physically (in person or by post).

Regular document processing
We regularly process incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, cash records, payroll, and other necessary documents. You can upload your documents to our system continuously or according to the agreed schedule.

Communication and support

Month-/year-end closing and report filing
